So...what did that guy just say?

Woohoo! Today was fun! After we all eventually woke up, we went on a French adventure. We headed back to Notre Dame and there was a bread festival and a sugar festival. Bread party was AWESOME. The things they made with bread were ridiculous. Sugar party was cool. We got little pendants that said Le Sucre with a sugar cube man for a mascot. Pretty sweet. (haha pun!) We went inside Notre Dame during 4:30pm Mass, took some awesome pictures. But I couldn't get a good picture of the organ! Because, they tucked it away behind the main rose window. Can you get a good look at it while there's a service going on? NO! I could just barely see it and almost got a picture snapped when a tourist corraller yelled at me in French to get away from the people praying. I was very upset. But man, was that organ spectacular! If only I could touch it...

So we did a lot of wandering, got some street crepes and paninis, saw some interesting sights. All in all, it was a good day! I had a great evening with a few of the girls once we got back. We had a wine tasting experience with a few of the wines we'd purchased at the market the day before. Tre manifique! ...Or however you spell that. It was a great time, not gonna lie.

Tomorrow is the first "official" day of classes, so I'm excited to meet our French professors. Ready to learn!!
